1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using sosiatea.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, effective upon posting.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and may vary due to taxes and shipping. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we accept major credit and debit cards.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or logistics conditions. International orders may incur import duties or taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. Sosia Tea is not liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics).
4. Returns & Refunds
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact customerservices@sosiatea.com within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will arrange an exchange or refund. Opened products cannot be returned unless faulty. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of verification to the original payment method.
5. Product Information
We strive to ensure accuracy of product information, images, and descriptions, but cannot guarantee they are error-free. Packaging and ingredients may change; please refer to the actual product received. Individuals sensitive to caffeine, pregnant women, or those with specific health conditions should consult a doctor before use.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks, is the property of Sosia Tea Ltd. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction, modification, or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sosia Tea Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or purchase of products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant order.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; if unsuccessful, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
